Ardhangi audio cassette released

Ardhangi is the latest film of charming girl Anu Prabhakar. Audiocassette of this film was released last week. Producer Y. Srinivas had organized this function at Century Club, Bangalore. Smt. Parvatamma Rajkumar and woman welfare minister Smt. Motamma were supposed to release the cassette. But in their absence 6 blind girls from Samartha Samsthe were released the cassette. Thanks to the rally held by Pradesh Congress Party which caused of the worst ever traffic jam in Bangalore city. Function later blessed with heavy pour to cool the town.

HMV who wons the audio rights of Ardhangi which has 6 songs. Music director V. Manohar, heroine Anuprabhakar and hero Sunil Kumar were present at the function. Heroine Anu Prabhakar expressed her appreciation towards the script and dialogs. Ardhangi is about the delicate relationship between husband and wife. A wife who is compared as 'Kshamaya Dharithri' too has limit for patience. What happens if a woman who leaves her people after marriage and joins a new family of her husband breaks her barrier of patience forms the story line for Ardhangi. Y. Nanjundappa has directed the film with story and screenplay. Karibasavaiah, Mimikri Rajgopal, Manjumalini, Josaiman, Vijay, Biradar etc are among the cast.
