Shree's Bangkok bang!
Film directors often are branded for a specific theme because
of their individualism in adapting a peculiar style and story.
Some are branded for action flicks, while some are known for
novel based movies, sentiment flicks and so on! Young director
Prakash for that matter stands apart from being monotonous.
After an exciting response to his debut movie 'Khushi', Prakash's
second flick Rishi emerged as a success movie at the box-office,
silencing his detractors. The back-to-back success basically
attributes to two factors- Prakash's execution of the story
and the power-packed performances. His third project 'Shree'
is completely different compared to his earlier movies but
has all the characteristics to make a mark. This action packed
movie is not taking the route of conventional action flicks
of Kannada but the Bollywood way! And the project kicked off
after a lot of homework and groundwork. Lead actor Vijay Raghavendra
was sent to Bangkok to get trained in 'Muay Thai' - a traditional
Chinese marshal art used in the form of kickboxing. And from
past four week, a troupe of 45 is in Bangkok for Shree's shooting!
Efforts and support of producer Dushyanth is really praiseworthy.
A good product can emerge only when the chemistry between
the producer-director-actor works rightly. Expectedly, everyone
is looking forward for this volatile combination!
Producer Dushyanth has sent some working stills to viggy.com
from Bangkok.
