Prakash Belawadi's film Stumble releasing on Feb. 21st

Om Prakash Rao in SachchiPrakash Belawadi always been creative in his ventures. One of such films of his 'Stumble' is releasing this Friday in Bangalore. While the whole industry is behind the success of teenage love story films, Stumble in other words has its own identity by portraying realistic situations of today's new economy, dotcom bust, stock market scam, voluntary retirement and mutual funds. The dotcom bust influenced Belawad's script. Stumble was screened at Fifth International Film Festival of Mumbai (IFFM) during November.

Belawadi is well-known through his TV serial 'Garva'. He made his contacts through theatre in Bangalore. Priya Ganapati and Allen Mandonca are also acted in this film apart from Ananth Nag and Suhasini. This film is shot entirely in Bangalore. As they say, this film is for Bangaloreans, by Bangaloreans and of Bangaloreans.

As the subjects like mutual funds, stock market, economy etc are some of the factors that influence everyone's life in general and this is what made Belawadi choose English as the medium for this film to pass the message worldwide not limited to Karnataka. Ananth Nag, Suhasini, Priya Ganapathi, Allen Mandonca, Ashok Mandanna, Bhargavi Narayan, Pallavi, Dattu, Mukyamantri Chandru, Sihi Kahi Chandru, Russell Burn, Ajith Hande, Balaji Manohar etc are among the cast.
