Khushi all set to release on Oct 2nd

Shankar Mahadevan, Sonu Nigam and Shivrajkumar Shri Matha Combines, who has produced many successful films like Naa Ninna Bidalare, Auto Raja is shortly releasing its new Kannada film Khushi. Film has scheduled to release on October 2nd. Yesterday at Press Club film troupe had arranged a function to announce this. Function was supposed to start on 6.30 p.m. but started on 7.40. Media has always blamed the film industry for its unorganized mannerism and for having people who are not time conscious. In contrast, yesterday's program got delayed because of media people. Film troupe was present there well in advance to welcome others. They wasted theirs as well as other journalists' valuable time because of a local newspaper representative. Fellow journalists were not 'Khushi' because of this incident.

The story of this film is about today's generation and their attitudes. It revolves around different generations. Prakash of Srimatha com
bines has directed the film. Vijay Raghavendra, Sindhu Menon, Harish, Madhuri Bhattacharya, Tarun and Chaitra Hollekere are among the lead actors and actresses. Vijay Raghavendra and Sindhu Menon are the familiar names in Kannada film industry today. For Harish this is the second film and he is acting in one of the E-TV serials - Seethe directed by Ashok Kashyap. Chaitra Hollekere has done 2-3 films and her serial Preethigagi by Hamsalekha was a good serial too. Khushi is a debut film for Tharun. He got in to this film through the advertisement given by the director in search of new faces. Whole troupe is confident that the film will give Director Prakashsomething new to the audience. Is a directorial debut for Praksh. As a creative person Khushi gave total satisfaction to Prakash. It helped him immensely to learn new things. According to him Khushi is completely a family film and he does not want to say the over used phrase 'its different' but feels the film has a fresh look. As the ultimate judges are the audience he wants to leave the decision to them. But the question here is that whether this film will compete with other two major films, which are scheduled to release on the same day. Hrudayavantha of Vishnuvardhan and Dr Shivarama Karanth's novel based Chigudida Kanasu of Shivarajkumar, directed by Nagabharana are relaesing on the October 2nd. As Prakash said, this is an accident. Their film release was scheduled well in advance to hit on Oct 2nd but because of Kannada film industry's strike, other films got delayed and are landed up on this date. Though it will be a tough competition film troupe says "Film Khushi will give `Khushi(fun)' to its viewers". We at viggy.com wish them all the very best for their genuine efforts.
