Film Lankesh Pathrike directed by P.L. Indrajith son of P. Lankesh is releasing this week. P. Lankesh, a dare journalist who created a new wave in Kannada journalism is a well known person. His biography, politics & journalism all together have formed the film 'Lankesh Pathrike'. This film is not his life history. It involves the important incidents of his life, politics during that time, mysterious death of a reporter Rushid and so on. Darshan plays the hero role while the Hay Ram fame Vasundara Das is acting in Kannada for the first time through Lankesh Pathrike. Ananthnag plays the role of Lankesh who knows Lankesh closely as a writer, teacher, journalist, film director and so on. One more attraction of this film is Misses World Aditi Govithrikar. B. Madhu has written the dialogs for Lankesh Pathrike. His earlier six films for which he wrote dialogues have completed 100 days. K. Manju has produced the film while cinematography is by Sundarnath Suvarna. Babji-Sandeep has scored the music. Sudharani, Rangayanada Raghu, Devraj etc are among the cast.
