'Good Luck' - new film of Radhika directed by cine journalist Nandakumar

Actors, writers, choreographers and what's more even cinematographers getting into direction is not new. How about journalists who through lights on the good and bad of these professionals venturing into film direction! Yes. That is interesting! Nandakumar, the proprietor of two year old film magazine 'Hello Gandhinagar' is trying his luck though directorial debut film 'Good Luck'. This title sounds apt even for producers R. Srinivas Shetty and P. Srinivas Reddy who are new to glamour world. Nandakumar is directing this film with his own story and screenplay that deals with different dimensions of modeling world.

Akshay Krishna (Naveen Krishna) and Anirudh (of Tuntata fame) are playing the key male roles. Its Radhika who plays the female lead. When entered the cinema world through 'Ninagaagi' Radhika was praised as a heroine capable of filling the place of Malashri who ruled Kannada filmdom for a long time as leading heroine! However, Radhika who experienced both success and series of failures in Kannada, moved to Tamil before establishing a strong root here for herself. Her re-entry to Kannada was through new Kannada movie 'Rishi' and now playing the lead role of a glamorous model in 'Good Luck'. Among the two heroes, one is a modeling coordinator and the other is a dress designer! This film is also featuring Durga Shetty. Rajesh Ramanath is scoring for Good Luck and is told to be his original tunes! This movie is expected to hit the floors this month on Vijaya Dashami day.
