Kadamba is all set to release
High
expectation film Kadamba of Sahasa Simha Vishnuvardhan
is all set to hit the screen by Sankranthi on January 14th.
Kadamba audio cassettes were released yesterday at Cuban Park
Tennis Club in a simple but neat function organized by Anand
Audio. Audios of producer Babu's earlier films Kotigobba and
Surappa were released by Bharathi Vishnuvardhan and hence
he wanted her to release audiocassettes of Kadamba too.
There are many reasons for Kadamba to be special. First of
all, is a film by Sahasa Simha Vishnuvardhan. Secondly, Suresh
Krishna - a well-known director having films like Anna Malai
and many other Telugu and
Malayalam in his credit is directing Kadamba.
He wanted to direct a film starring Vishnuvardhan from past
15 years he said. So
said the thespian Vishnuvardhan. He too wanted to act in a
film under Suresh Krishna's direction. So Kadamba gave them
all the opportunity and producer Babu feels fortunate for
make it happen.
Both the producers Surappa Babu and Kamalakar have spent without
cutting corners with a single intension of giving a good film.
But they had to face many hurdle during the span of two months'
shooting. There was a need for a luxurious house in the film
but a suitable location was not available locally. As
our regulations wont permit to shoot indoor scenes
outside Karnataka, producers
had to shell out a huge sum to erect
a set at Rockline Studio, Bangalore.
Kadamba
has Deva's music and Kalyan's lyrics. This talented writer
has penned some beautiful songs. Bhanupriya, Ramesh Bhat,
Navin Krishna, Rekha, Ashish Vidyarthi, Avinash, Rangayana
Raghu, Shrinivas Murthy, Laxman etc are among the cast. Rockline
Venkatesh is appearing in a special role.
