Film Love produced by Jaijagadish and Vijayalakmi Singh is all set to hit the screen in coming April. Well before the release of this film they launched their new venture Kanchanaganga yesterday. Film has Rajendra Singh Babu's direction while Shivarajkumar and Sridevi from Telugu filmdom are in the lead. For Sridevi, daughter of well-known actor Vijaykumar, Kanchanaganga is her Kannada debut. She has acted in four Tamil films (including Kadal Virus, Priyamanu Tholi) and two Telugu (Ninne Ishtapaddanu and Ishwar) so far.

Singh Babu with a comic touch!

Producers and director have teamed up with good talents for the Kanchanaganga. Film has S.A. Rajkumar's music, Gourishankar's cinematography, art direction by Arun Sagar and M.S. Ramesh's dialogs. Song recording is in progress. As per current schedule starting yesterday 20 days shooting in Bangalore, then to Dargiling and Kolkata. Climax will be shot in Kanchanaganga said Singh Babu.
