Ondagona
Baa - Shilpa Shetty once again!
The sexy actress Shilpa Shetty from Bollywood is now
in Sandalwood. She is acting in a Kannada film Ondagona
Baa. After the film Preetsod Tappa, crazy star
Ravichandran, Shilpa Shetty and Rockline Venkatesh
are once again joining together and best of all, Hamsalekha
has scored the music for this film. Two recent films of Ravichandran
(Malla and Panduranga Vittala) has his own music! Shooting
for this film started last month is in full swing.
In the past, there was a news that some quarrel or can say
difference of opinion between Ravichandran and Hamsalekha
and since then, they didn't work together. But Ravichandran
denied that and whatever that may be, two valued assets of
Kannada filmdom are saying 'Ondagona Baa' again - thanks to
Rockline. It is a remake of Telugu film 'Kalisundam Raa'
(Come, Let us live together). Shilpa who plays the heroine
role (Belli) who is a medical student comes back from abroad
to see her grandpa and meets a family with great human values
and respects. Rest assured - a family plot that addresses
the whole range of people from kids to elders. "I think I
have not done this type of role in the past. It is a film
with a message and hence I accepted to act in this film" she
says. This busy actress already has a few Hindi films in her
hands including Sanghaar, Dil Churake, Junoon, Suraj Pe Dastak
and Darna Mana Hai.
This flick 'Ondagona Baa' has Uday Shankar's direction and
Seetaram's cinematography. K.R. Vijaya, Shivakumar, Chitra
Shenoy, Vanita Vasu and Pramila Joshoi etc are in the lead
roles.
